Returns Made Simple

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We've got you covered! We offer exchanges within 15 days of receipt, subject to availability. For exchanges, we'll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you, but we kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original item back to us. It's our way of meeting you halfway and ensuring you get the perfect Elysian Loom piece.
A Few Gentle Reminders
- For hygiene reasons,
we can't accept returns on opened underwear, swimsuits(bikinis, one-piece swimsuits), or similar items. We know you understand!
- Items should be in their original, unworn condition ā as beautiful as when they first arrived at your doorstep.
- Sale items are final sale ā they're already such great deals!
- If you've received a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 15 days. We'll make it right, we promise.
- Lost packages happen (though we wish they didn't). Let us know within 15 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll sort it out.
