Returns Made Simple

If you need to return an item, we've made the process as smooth as silk:

1. Reach out to our friendly customer care team at support@elysianloom.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the process.

2. Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. (Think of it as tucking your item in for a cozy journey back to us!)

Refunds

You can expect to see the refund in your original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your bank.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We've got you covered! We offer exchanges within 15 days of receipt, subject to availability. For exchanges, we'll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you, but we kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original item back to us. It's our way of meeting you halfway and ensuring you get the perfect Elysian Loom piece.

A Few Gentle Reminders

- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened underwear, swimsuits(bikinis, one-piece swimsuits), or similar items. We know you understand!
- Items should be in their original, unworn condition – as beautiful as when they first arrived at your doorstep.
- Sale items are final sale – they're already such great deals!
- If you've received a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 15 days. We'll make it right, we promise.
- Lost packages happen (though we wish they didn't). Let us know within 15 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll sort it out.
- Need a different size? No problem! We offer exchanges within 15 days, subject to availability.

International Customers, We Love You Too!

If you're an international customer, please note that any customs fees or taxes incurred during the return process are non-refundable. We wish we could wave a magic wand and make these disappear, but alas, we must comply with international regulations.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@elysianloom.com with your order number within 3 days of your promised delivery date. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
